How much does it cost?
From $499 — you’re paying for 40 years of diagnostic judgment, not a guess: a root cause and a ranked fix plan that stops the scrap. Cheaper than another week of bad parts. You get a fixed quote before any work starts.
What defects can you diagnose?
Flash, short shots, sink marks, warpage, weld lines, burn, jetting, splay, sticking or ejection problems, and dimensional drift. If it comes out of an injection mold and it's wrong, we can usually trace it.
What do I need to send you?
Clear photos of the defective parts, a sample part if possible, your current machine parameters, the material and part info, and any photos or drawings of the mold. The more you send, the more we can verify rather than rank by likelihood.
How fast is it?
This is our urgent service — scrap costs money every day. Usually 2–5 business days after we have your inputs, and we can prioritize a rush if you're down. The clock starts once we have what we need.
Do you physically repair or run the mold?
No. We diagnose and hand you a ranked plan; running it on the press is your shop's job, and physical mold repair is a separate, optional follow-on. We also tell you clearly whether it's a quick process tweak or something that needs mold work — so you know before you cut steel.
What if your plan doesn't fix it?
If you followed the written plan and can show the execution record — parameter screenshots and photos — and it's still not solved, that triggers a free re-diagnosis. Two free rounds are included. "It didn't work" without having actually run the plan doesn't count.
Do you guarantee the defect will be fixed?
No honest supplier can — it also depends on your press, operators and material. Every finding is ranked by likelihood and labeled by how it was verified, liability is capped at the fees you paid, and you get two free re-diagnosis rounds plus a 30-day free fix for any error on our side.
Is my data safe? Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign an NDA on request before you send full files, your data is never reused on another project, and before an NDA is in place we can review appearance photos only.
